UPWP Special Projects

 

GPATS has a history of making Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) carryover funds available to local municipalities and counties on a competitive basis when not needed elsewhere. The funds can be used to produce planning studies to help further preparations for transportation projects within these jurisdictions. Previous studies completed with the help of these funds can be found below.
