• SCDOT Pin number 0037686
• Widen 2.2 miles of Batesville Road (S-164) to 3 lanes with curb, gutter, sidewalks, and bike lanes from SC-14 to Roper Mountain Road

Purpose

• To improve safety along Batesville Road
• To provide additional capacity and accommodate future traffic growth

Need

• Due to growth in the area, the corridor is experiencing large increases in traffic
• Batesville Road distributes traffic from surrounding residential areas to SC 14 and Woodruff Road

Status

• Substantial work has been completed
